Overview
We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries and to improve how Synced Up Solutions routes directors, staff, and parents to the right tools and people.
What we collect
- Inquiry details you submit on the “Talk to a Solutionist” form (name, email, organization, role, your message, urgency).
- Anonymous usage events such as which tools and starter prompts are clicked.
Sensitive student information
Please do not submit sensitive student information (PII, grades, accommodations, etc.) through this site. Use a school-approved system instead.
How conversations are used
Submitted inquiries and Solutionist questions may be reviewed by the Synced Up team to improve responses and route you to the right tool or person.
Retention & sharing
Inquiries are stored only as long as needed to respond and to improve the service. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising. Usage analytics are aggregate and anonymous.
Your choices
You can request deletion of an inquiry at any time by reaching out through the contact form. To opt out of anonymous analytics, use your browser’s Do-Not-Track setting or a content blocker.
